I was asked to create a logo and Christmas card for a local coach and business consultant, trading as Coalface Consulting. He was very specific with his requirements, and wanted to use the idea of machinery mining coal. I gave my client a range of ideas based on his brief.

He liked one straight away, so I worked this up into his business card:
